How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store on your iPhone, tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions. Find Seek Faith and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
My prayers aren't generating — what should I try?
First, check your internet connection. If connected, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, tap Settings inside the app and select Restore Subscription to refresh your account status. Still stuck? Reach out to us using the form below.
Can I restore my prayer history on a new device?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID on your new device, download Seek Faith, and tap Restore Purchase inside the app. Your prayer history and intentions will sync automatically.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Seek Faith purchase, and select Request a Refund. Apple typically processes refund requests within a few business days.
Is my prayer data private?
Yes. Your prayer logs and intentions are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
How do I manage notifications?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, scroll to Seek Faith, tap Notifications, and customize when and how you'd like to be reminded for your daily prayer time.
