Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Seek Faith is a prayer and spiritual wellness application that provides tools for prayer tracking, prayer history logging, and related spiritual features. The App is designed to support your personal spiritual practice and is not a substitute for professional spiritual, mental health, or medical advice.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account or provide information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 In-App Subscriptions

The App offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or annually, as selected) through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription rate.

4.3 Managing Subscriptions

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4.4 Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shronk Enterprises LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

Any content you create or store within the App (such as prayer logs and activity data) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shronk Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shronk Enterprises LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
