Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Seek Faith is a prayer and spiritual wellness application that provides personalized, AI-assisted prayers, answers to questions about faith, prayer tracking and history, and related spiritual features. The App is designed to support your personal spiritual practice and is not a substitute for professional spiritual, mental health, or medical advice.

3. AI-Generated Content and Spiritual Disclaimer

Certain features of the App use artificial intelligence to generate prayers and responses to your questions. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. It does not represent the official teaching of the Catholic Church or any religious body, is not reviewed or approved by clergy, and should not be treated as authoritative doctrine.
• The App is a devotional aid only. It is not a substitute for a priest, deacon, spiritual director, counselor, or other qualified professional. For important spiritual, doctrinal, personal, health, financial, or legal matters, consult a qualified person.
• You should use your own judgment and verify important information from authoritative sources before relying on it.

Seek Faith is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or thoughts of self-harm, contact your local emergency services immediately. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

4. Accounts and Setup

Seek Faith does not currently require you to create an account to use its core features. If you provide information during setup (such as a first name) or enable optional features, you are responsible for the information you provide and for the activity that occurs on your device. If we offer account-based features in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 In-App Subscriptions

The App offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or annually, as selected) through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription rate.

5.3 Managing Subscriptions

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.4 Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit content through the App's AI features that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App, or attempt to overload, probe, or misuse the AI features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shronk Enterprises LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

Any content you create or store within the App (such as prayer intentions, reflections, and activity data) remains yours. To provide the App's AI features, the text you enter is transmitted to and processed by our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you, and you confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shronk Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App or your reliance on any AI-generated content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shronk Enterprises LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
